Shipping & delivery

Ringtail Security products currently ship to the following destinations: Switzerland, France, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Finland.

Switzerland

All domestic shipping is done through Swiss Post priority service with tracking.
A tracking number will be assigned to your order as soon as we ship it.

Standard orders usually ship within 5 business days after checkout. Please note that shipping times for clothing is usually a bit longer, between 10 and 15 days in most cases.

Local pickup and in-person delivery is also available upon request.

Others

Shipping outside of Switzerland is done via UPS. A fixed flat shipping rate of 50 CHF is applied to all international orders.

Orders are shipped under DDU incoterms. You will be charged taxes/import duties by your local customs office upon/during delivery.

International deliveries are handed over to UPS in batches every other week. Expect a few days of delay before your order is actually sent out.
